FASE VISUAL: Yellow Color with greenish lemon Olfactory phase: High intensity, notes of fruit white pulp type pear, apple, peladillo and melon. Presents a background of citrus orange. Palate: Light tip of bubble, step sweet and intense. Presents an aftertaste very fruity, and citrus. CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

Alcoholic fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. Is interrupted prior to completion by the employment of cold, so Marieta contains 14gr./L. of residual sugar.
