Developing Valtea of grapes from selected strains. Strives care before birth cluster until the wine leaves the winery. The work of the technical director at the winery, Carla Gonzalez winemaker the Chao, is based on reinforcing the natural characteristics of the Albariño grape, performing a development process that begins in the selection of the best bunches. The pressing is careful and controlled fermentation with modern techniques periodically, although the process is always supported by observation and knowledge of the technical team.
