The winery:
“The evolution of the farm is constant; the commitment to a land, the passion for wine, and the fidelity to ideas which, with the passage of different generations have been refined but always keeping the essence, allow us to develop these great wines and cavas. Currently, the family project is in the hands of the fifth generation, the Pere Olivella and Rovira, grower, winemaker and sommelier, to the front of the technical management, along with his parents, Pedro and Pepita, the Soul of the winery and with his wife Iolanda and their daughters Judith and Mary, the future sixth-generation, only time will tell if they have to take up the baton to continue writing our history.
Know, work and live next to vine-growers and winemakers, sharing the work of the vineyard and the vintages, in the Champagne, in the small town of San Martin de Ablois, near Épernay with Monsieur Jean and his wife Ghislaine, in the cellar Jean CEZ. To Limoux with the great winemaker Eric Vialade and Blanquettes of Limoux or in the heart of the Burgundy, in the village of Ladoix Serrigny, learning alongside the endearing Maurice Maratray, his family and their great wines, I have allowed an enrichment, professional and above all human. Along with a whole team of young great artists, dynamic people, well prepared and that your work and do the day-to-day a work of art, together we are the human factor of the winery Pere Olivella Galimany”.
