Tasting notes: TANDEM – CASUAL ROSADO Vista: Pale pink with light violet trim. Nose: Complex in which red fruits abound, candy, petals of red roses. Mouth: Cool, long, with a palate surround and a very long finish. La bodega Compañía Vitivinícola Tandem fue fundada en Enero de 2003 by Alicia Eyaralar, José María Fraile and a small group of family and friends, wine lovers. After a long career in development and marketing of wines, first together and then separately in different warehouses, he was born the concern of undertaking a Tandem flight. Tandem means, in Latin, “at last” and represents the aspiration of its two partners, promoters, fulfilling a lifelong dream and mission that have been entrusted to you is the following, to quote his own words: “Nuestra misión es hacer con nuestro trabajo y dedicación grandes vinos y hacer de Tandem un referente de calidad en la DO Navarra. Trabajamos con humildad y sin escatimar esfuerzos para ser muy constantes en cada cosecha, thinking only improve and project confidence. Our commitment is to follow the path that we have set, a different way to the rest, that stands for the respect of nature, the mimo exquisite in everything we do, and the work with the minimum intervention possible. The wines of this winery are vegan, because they are sustainable viticulture and a philosophy of minimal intervention.
