Description

Condenses all the aromas and flavors that give us identity. Contains all our soul. All of our values. It all starts with a wheat of the long cycle, a primitive type of organic farming that after five redestilaciones gives us a solid base with which to make our geneva. From our garden out the aromas, botanical and citrus peel on hand just before you enter the distillery, once inside we made a maceration of several graduations and a subsequent distillation slow in a copper still. Saved three months in steel tanks before being bottled

TASTING NOTE

It is a geneva with a high load, botany conferred on the nose is a festival of aromas of great intensity and complexity. Notes vegetables, that evolve into notes of spices and citrus, creating a gin with great personality.

Entrance in the mouth, fresh and intense, highlighting the notes of juniper, pepper and lemon leaf. Ends with a long, persistent finish that gives personality and complexity, note especially the high quality of the alcohol, perfectly integrated with the essential oils of the botanicals.
