Elaboration: Grapes from old vines and granitic soils and calcareous-slate, selected vintage and manual selection table at the entrance of winery, alcoholic fermentation with scrape on Tinos conical French oak with hand bazuqueos, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels with battonage, and aging on its lees for 6 months. Natural filtration without clarifying.
