Grapes: 70% Albariño, 18% Caíño, 12% Laurel.
The low temperatures of the spring and beginning of summer led to a remarkable delay in the development of the vines, delay in the time of harvest was reduced to only a week thanks to the excellent weather conditions in August and much of July. These conditions provided us with musts with good level of sugar and adjusted acidity malic that is transformed into wine very fleshy, of great smoothness and structure.
