Ferments and rests during 9 months, in a natural cave with an average temperature of 11 in total absence of light. Nice raspberry color, with nuances of roses, clear and bright. Intense on the nose, with memories of red fruits like currants, strawberries or raspberries. I remember floral roses and yeast. The palate, it is soft, cool and creamy. The bubble medium and abundant, is melted in a powerful fruit and a slight remembrance of citric acid. This is a wine ideal to enjoy with cheese gallegos and rice.
