Description

Tasting notes: PERRIER JOUËT – PERRIER JOUËT BELLE EPOQUE WHITE (CHAMPAGNE)

  • View: Belle Epoque presents golden, bright with subtle green reflections.
  • Nose: The fragrances of white fruit —white peach, lemon, pear and grapes— give way to some subtle nuances of pineapple and fresh flowers of spring, to result in a few rich aromas of walnut, marzipan and sweet spices.
  • Mouth: An attack that is alive and a minerality as round as it is elegant, sensual and silky, Belle Epoque champagne is a taste harmonious and delicately balanced. Refined and with a long finish in the mouth.

Unwavering constancy of style. Unique style, recognized for its timeless elegance floral.

Epernay, 1811: the wedding of Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adèle Jouët, illuminates the birth of the Maison Perrier-Jouët. Characterized since its origins by a requirement without compromise, the Maison was a pioneer in the field of traceability and the fight against counterfeiting. Perrier-Jouët was the first Champagne House that exhibited the vintage on their bottles, tradition that has taken many other after. On the other hand, as has happened on several occasions, if the harvest is not at the height of the expectations, the Maison puts forward the quality and disposes of the production. The quality is the only commitment. Some wines, made in years especially unique, are selected and entrusted to the silence of its cellars.

And, while each of these vintages has a character of its own and distinctive, all without exception illustrate the excellence of the vineyards of Perrier-Jouët. Is there, in the garden of Eden, where we keep our add's oldest champagne: Perrier-Jouët 1825.

This pursuit of perfection guarantees Perrier-Jouët, a place of exception in the tables most distinguished. It is the case of the royal courts of Napoleon III or Queen Victoria, among others. Since the Princess Grace of Monaco declared the bottle of champagne with the iconic anemones was your favorite, Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque takes accompanied the Rose ball for many years.
