Tasting notes: TANDEM – MACULA TINTO Vista: Wine of deep red color bordeaux, with a good layer. Nose: Very complex with notes of delicate spices: nail, black pepper. Mineral, memories of mountain and mount low, balsamic and dark chocolate. Mouth: Powerful on the palate and round at the same time, with memories of the terroir characteristic of the Valley of Yerri where are the vines, wild flowers and violet. Long finish, very elegant and fresh. La bodega Compañía Vitivinícola Tandem fue fundada en Enero de 2003 by Alicia Eyaralar, José María Fraile and a small group of family and friends, wine lovers. After a long career in development and marketing of wines, first together and then separately in different warehouses, he was born the concern of undertaking a Tandem flight. Tandem means, in Latin, “at last” and represents the aspiration of its two partners, promoters, fulfilling a lifelong dream and mission that have been entrusted to you is the following, to quote his own words: “Nuestra misión es hacer con nuestro trabajo y dedicación grandes vinos y hacer de Tandem un referente de calidad en la DO Navarra.
