The bonito from Burela, that is fishing between the months of June and October, is the protagonist of several of the pies that are marketed in three presentations: Paté de bonito from Burela, Paté de bonito from Burela with greens and Pate of tuna from Burela with piquillo peppers. The piquillo peppers with the writing of this last pate are roasted with firewood and peeled by hand without the use of water.
1 X-Pâté of Mussels in escabeche
The mussels from the ría of Aldán (Rias Baixas ? Galicia) it is the main ingredient in Pâté of mussels in escabeche. The mussel of galician estuaries is recognized in the culinary world for their unique quality. Further, it is an element of healthy and natural, source of vitamins and minerals that make it highly recommended for a healthy diet. The marinade is made with olive oil, extra virgin galician olive trees and wine vinegar albariño, both of the brand Olei.
