1 X Paté de Bonito from Burela with White

1 X Paté de Bonito from Burela with Piquillo peppers

The bonito from Burela, that is fishing between the months of June and October, is the protagonist of several of the pies that are marketed in three presentations: Paté de bonito from Burela, Paté de bonito from Burela with greens and Pate of tuna from Burela with piquillo peppers. The piquillo peppers with the writing of this last pate are roasted with firewood and peeled by hand without the use of water.

The mussels from the ría of Aldán (Rias Baixas ? Galicia) it is the main ingredient in Pâté of mussels in escabeche.
